The tags are made using 250GSM (170lbs) premium white linen card stock.
The tag measures 90mm x 58mm (9cm x 5.8cm, 3.5" x 2.3") before folding. The design area (the scallop excluding the loop) measures 53mm x 58mm (5.3cm x 5.8cm, 2.1"x 2.3").
The printing is only done on one side of the tags. The back of the tags is blank without any printing.
Just slot the upper opening of the tag onto a mini champagne bottle, no ribbon is needed, thus simplifying the preparation work.
